Gia Wood Photography offers TFP on a limited basis for models who are in need of her services. If you are a professional model with exceptional skills and are low on cash you can contact us for a TFP shoot request. While TFP is a great way to help each party add to their portfolio by exchanging their services, there are a few conditions to Gia's TFP shoots.

1. There is no time limit on TFP shoots, but they are booked around paid shoots on Gia's schedule.
2. All copyrights with regards to the images taken by Gia will remain the sole property of Gia Wood Photography. The model will have rights of use of the photographs for portfolio use only. This means that the model can display the images on any non-profit industry website such as One Model Place, Model Mayhem, Solo Models, or MySpace. The model may use the images on their own personal website if it is a non-profit site only. The model will need to buy rights of use for each of the photos they plan to use on a profiting web site. The model may use the photographs for magazine submissions, but again rights of use will need to be purchased by the magazine if the images are to be printed.
3. All images shot by Gia Wood are shot in a RAW digital form. This means the image has to be processed and reformatted into a JPG format in order for a normal home computer to read it. This process takes approximately one to two hours. Because of this we do not release images to the models on CD's. This goes for all of our clients as well as TFP models. Your images will be formatted the day of your shoot and uploaded within 4 hours of your shoot with Gia. You will be given a web address and an event code to access your photographs through an online digital proofing system. This program will allow you to view, select, and order photos to be retouched and photos for prints if you would like to have hard copy images. Your digital proofs will stay online for 3 months or until you request them to be removed. There is a charge of $15 for the upload cost of the model's images.
4. The Retouching Fee is $25 per image. The way Gia has structured her TFP shoots is so that the models are only paying for image retouching fees of best photos they want to use for their portfolio. Once the image has been edited the model will have unlimited rights for hard cop prints of the image processed by the lab of their choice. If you buy a shoot package then you get a few free edited images, otherwise it will be standard fee of $25 per image including TFP models.
5. Any image shot by Gia Wood Photography that is to be displayed on any web platform must be copyright stamped with Gia's logo. This policy is to help both the photographer and the model avoid any legal issues with regards to the photographs.
6. All TFP models are asked to write a short review of their shoot with Gia Wood Photography that will be posted on industry sites such as OMP, Model Mayhem, and Solo Models.
