Booking Information

1. All bookings are scheduled through Stacy B., the booking agent for Gia Wood Photography. 

2. You must place a deposit on the time slot you want to book in order to be scheduled.

3. All clients are scheduled in a first come first serve basis. The client who pays their deposit first gets the time slot.

4. All deposits are nonrefundable. In some cases the deposit amount is the entire shoot cost. You will be notified at the time of booking what the nonrefundable amount is.

5. For clients who have Gia travel out of state for shoots there is an additional charge for hotel, airfare, and rental car on top of the cost of your shoot.
